I feel Brunswick garages services are worth every penny you pay. The moment you walk into reception you feel overwhelmed by their spirit of professionalism, seems like you have visited the main dealer.

They are very friendly and transparent in terms of how they charge, repairs and parts. Honestly, I was not introduced by anyone but just came across their advert on the net when I was desperate to have my BMW e60 sorted, which they did with no hassles.

They provided advice, quotes and feedback each time and you can contact them anytime to check progress. I have appreciated every service they have provided more so they are no long waiting queues, very time conscious people. I do no0t hesitate to recommend the garage to other people.

Dear Andy,

"I found Brunswick after becoming disillusioned with the excessive costs of main dealers and any feeling that I really mattered to them as a valued customer. I also went to Brunswick because they were conveniently located.

What I found was a real breath of fresh air!

Firstly, service as if you and your car really mattered. This ran through the whole team, from Andy Sawa the MD and Barry the director - who has top-flight BMW credentials - and Anthony, who was the other technician I was dealing with. No question was to small to be answered and you really got the feeling this garage is just a cut above the main dealer competition.

Problems with my BMW were tricky to sort out, but determination and persistence - and the technical ability of the team - were outstanding. All this was wrapped up with real professionalism. This new garage is blazing a trail that surely sets the standards for others to try and follow, and catch up if they can.

We are constantly told that the economic recovery will only come from small and medium sized businesses so I hope that Brunswick will thrive and that all quality car owners will support this local venture right, in our midst."

I was so impressed by the professional standards of your organization that I wanted your experts to diagnose and fix the problems with Jessica’s car, because I trust you and your business. Your commitment to running a professional automotive business is clear to see, from the investment you make in training and developing your people to your exemplary customer service.

Having tried to reach me by phone unsuccessfully, I was surprised when a knock came at my front door and Andy was standing there. He'd come to tell me about an oil leak and took me back to garage to show me under the car!
I think the business concept and service is excellent and fills a much needed gap in the marketplace. I was particularly impressed with the CV's of his team on show for all to see.
Andy and his team will no doubt be a resounding success!
